Minor

Minor:

The term minor is used to refer to a person who has not yet reached the age in which the law assumes they have reached adulthood and has the rights given to adults. In Washington State, the age of legal competence is eighteen (18). Washington State does not recognize a legal contract if it was entered into by a minor.
