Negotiation

Negotiation:

Negotiation is a conversation between parties in a dispute to resolve their disagreement or to craft a remedy. In a personal injury case, a negotiation may be brought forth between an attorney or attorneys and an insurance company for the purpose of resolving the dispute and with the intention of obtaining a damage award for a client. Negotiations can include a mediator or occur in a conference with a judge present.
