Skykomish, Washington car crash on Highway 2 injures 6 people
A head-on collision between a pickup truck and a minivan on U.S. Highway 2 near Skykomish, Washington injured six people on Sunday. The car accident, which occurred around 3p.m., was caused by the driver of the minivan drifting off the road and hitting a pickup truck and the guardrail. According to the Everett HearldNet the passengers in the minivan, ages 5 to 75, were taken to Valley General hospital for treatment. The Washington State Patrol said the driver of the minivan may have had a medical condition which caused the automobile accident.
The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
