Dram shop liability

DRAM SHOP LIABILITY:
Dram shop liability refers to laws governing bars, restaurants, taverns, pubs, bowling alleys or any commercial or private establishment where alcoholic beverages are served to a person who is intoxicated and subsequently injures or kills another person due to their intoxication.

The Farber Law Group represents people with serious personal injuries and the families of those killed due to motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle accidents, car accidents, motorcycle accidents and pedestrian accidents. We also represent the victims of drunken driving.
