DRAM SHOP LIABILITY:
Dram shop liability refers to laws governing bars, restaurants, taverns, pubs, bowling alleys or any commercial or private establishment where alcoholic beverages are served to a person who is intoxicated and subsequently injures or kills another person due to their intoxication.
