Woman critically injured in Seattle pedestrian accident

The Seattle Times reports that a 45-year-old woman sustained life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car in a crosswalk in the Laurelhurst neighborhood of Seattle. She was taken to Harborview Medical Center after police administered CPR at the scene.

According to the report, the unidentified woman was in a marked crosswalk at the intersection of Northeast 45th Street and 36th Avenue Northeast when she was hit.
