5-year-old injured in Tacoma car accident

A 5-year-old child suffered an eye injury in a car accident along the Tacoma waterfront reports Tacoma’s The News Tribune.

According to the report by Stacey Mulick, the child was riding in a vehicle along with two adults and another child in the 3300 block of Ruston way around 11:30pm when their vehicle was hit by a suspected drunken driver.

The suspected drunken driver may be charged with vehicular assault and DUI. In addition to criminal charges, an injured person, with the help of an experienced personal injury law firm may file a suit in civil court seeking compensation for damages.
