Seattle University student critically injured in I-5 car accident
A 24-year-old Seattle University was critically injured in a single car accident on the Mercer Street ramp to Interstate 5 early Wednesday morning.
According to a report by KOMO News.com, the woman lost control of her car and it flipped upside-down .
Firefighters extricated the woman from her vehicle and took her to Harborview Medical Center for treatment of a collapsed lung, shattered pelvis and other injuries.
Police believe that excessive speed was a factor in the Seattle car accident.
