Kelso, Washington man in critical condition after motorcycle accident

Steven D. Marshall, 29, of Kelso is in critical condition at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland after crashing his motorcycle into an SUV reports The Daily News Online. The motorcycle accident occurred at the intersection of Minor Road and Mount Brynion Road in East Kelso.

Kelso Police Sergeant Darr Kirk, who was on patrol, said that Marshall sped past him on Mount Brynion Road at about 75mph in a posted 25mph zone.

Marshall was conscious but had severe injuries. He was wearing a helmet. The driver of the SUV, a man from Castle Rock, was not injured according to Kirk.
