Yakima city attorney injured in motorcycle accident

Jeff Cutter, the acting city attorney for Yakima, Washington, was injured in a motorcycle accident on Highway 12 according to the Yakima Herald. The accident occurred when Larry Record of Yakima, failed to yield his truck to Cutter who was riding his motorcycle. Both vehicles were totaled.

Cutter was taken to Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center for treatment of “non-life threatening injuries.” City manager Dick Zais said that he expected Cutter to be off work for a while. Cutter who lives in Naches, is the acting city attorney for Yakima after Ray Paollella resigned from the post.
