Driver flees after crashing into Brooklyn Restaurant in Seattle, Washington

A driver, who ran a red light, hit a taxi and then crashed into the Brooklyn Restaurant on 2nd Avenue in downtown Seattle Washington then fled the scene on foot reported witnesses to the accident. According to KiroTV.Com, witnesses saw the driver of the car jump out and run away after hitting the restaurant.

According to the report:

“He was streaming blood out of his mouth and then he had a pretty big gash in his leg or something — it was pretty bloody. And he went booking that way and said ‘I’ll be right back,’ and I haven’t seen him since,” said Kyle Morton, who witnessed the crash.”

Police are looking for the motorist. It does not appear that the taxi driver was injured.
