The pedestrian accident occurred on 183rd Avenue in Olympia. According to the report, Harris had parked his car on the right side of the street and crossed the street to talk to a family member. When he crossed back to his car, he was hit by a small car driven by a Rochester woman.
Police are investigating the accident but they believe no charges will be filed.
