Family settles wrongful death suit with company over son’s bicycle accident

The Seattle Times reports that Marc and Laura Paolicelli, parents of a 19-year-old Colorado man, who was killed while bicycling in Seattle, have settled their wrongful death lawsuit with Nelson & Sons Construction of Woodinville.

The Paolicelli’s son, Bryce Lewis, was killed two years ago in a bicycling accident near the University of Washington when a Nelson & Sons dump truck made a sudden right turn and hit Lewis and his bicycling companion, Caleb Hall. The two bicyclists were in a bicycle lane when they were hit.

The report did not disclose the settlement amount.
