18-year-old woman killed in Yelm single-car accident

Kayla Rearden of Rainer was killed in a single-car accident south of Yelm early Saturday morning when the car she was driving ran into a power pole on 153rd Avenue reports The Olympian.

The Washington State Patrol says Rearden was wearing a seat belt at the time of the car accident and they are investigating what caused her to leave the road.
