Tacoma scooter accident kills popular musician/bartender

The Tacoma News Tribune reports Brian Redman, a popular musician and leader of the rock band Dirty Knockers was killed in a scooter accident.

According to the report, Redman hit a curb while riding his scooter and crashed in the 2400 block of North 21st street in Tacoma.

Redman, age 31, was known in the music scene for his band and also for his other projects including 3 Inches of Blood. He also worked as a bartender at Doyle’s Public House in Tacoma where a tribute and benefit concert will be held this Friday night.
