Family sues Sound Transit and bus driver after Everett pedestrian accident

The son and daughter of Todd Fisher, 44, who was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident when he was hit by a Sound Transit bus in downtown Everett in February, have filed a lawsuit against Sound Transit and the bus driver.

Fisher suffered life-altering injuries in the pedestrian accident and now lives in a convalescent home in Vancouver reports The Everett Herald Net. Fisher was in a crosswalk and had the “walk” light when the bus hit him.
