Two injured in roll-over car accident near Wapato

The Yakima Herald reports that two people were injured in a roll-over car accident at the intersection of Ashue and Fort roads near Wapato around 12:03am on Wednesday morning. Injured in the car accident were Eddie L. Dick, age 61 of White Swan, and his passenger Angela Goudy, 44 of Toppenish. Neither were wearing seat belts. Goudy was treated at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital and released. Dick is in satisfactory condition at the same hospital.

According to the report, police believe that Dick may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. He was driving a 2008 4-door Suzuki and went off the road causing the vehicle to roll.
