Tow truck driver hit and killed in Highway 14 accident near Vancouver

The Columbian reports that a man was killed in a Highway 14 accident in Vancouver when he was standing on the shoulder after preparing to tow a disabled pickup truck.

The report said that driver had just finished hooking up tow lights on the disabled pickup truck when he was hit.

The driver of the car that hit the man stopped.

Police are investigating the motor vehicle accident.
