Daniel Noble, 31, was acquitted of felony hit-and-run in the pedestrian accident that injured two Washington State University (WSU) students in December 2009.
Superior Court Judge David Frazier ruled that Noble was temporarily insane when he injured Neil Waldbjorn, 19, of Malaga, WA and Hogun Hahm, 23, of Pullman, WA. Both students suffered a broken leg in the accident.
Noble had faced charges of Vehicular Assault and ht and run driving in the incident.
