A man who was involved in a single car accident on Interstate 405 in Snohomish County this morning may have suffered a medical emergency preceding the accident reports The Seattle Times.
The car accident occurred around 5:29 when the car the 64-year-old Mulkiteo man was driving went off the freeway and ran into the guardrails before it stopped. The man was dead when the Patrol found him. The State Patrol said it appeared that the man had died from a medical condition.
