A 13-year-old boy from Mukilteo is in satisfactory condition at Central Washington Hospital after he apparently ran a stop sign with his long board and ran into the side of a car in Wenatchee.
According to The Wenatchee World, the boy, Kelson Callahan, failed to stop at Maple Street and Western Avenue around 5:45pm on Saturday and ran into a car driven by Carole Hiatt, of Wenatchee. The boy suffered facial and arm injuries; Hiatt was reportedly not injured.
